POSTURE

Sit in easy pose.

Keep the spine straight.

Cross the arms over the chest, as you cross the right hand under the left armpit (including the thumb). Cross the left arm over the right, placing the fingers under the right armpit, keeping the thumb out.

Drop the head back, making the back of the neck as short as possible: For that you will need to open and lift the chest and role your shoulders backwards.

EYES

Closed, With a light concentration at the third eye point, the root of the nose, where the eyebrows meet.

BREATH AND MANTRA

Allow the breath to regulate itself as you mentally chant the mantra in an ascending scale


TIME

3 minutes

ENDING

Take a deep inhalation, and as you exhale gently bring the head back to the center
