• Do it when you are in trouble
POSTURE
Sit in easy pose. Keep the spine straight. A light Jalandhar Bandh: with the neck long and the chin tucked in slightly.
MUDRA
Raise the right arm Parallel to the ground and bend the elbow so that the hand is in front of your heart, palm facing down. Grasp the back of your neck firmly with the left hand.
The grip on the neck should be perfect and the right arm parallel to the floor in absolute balance with the earth.
EYES
Closed, With a light concentration at the third eye point, the root of the nose, where the eyebrows meet.
BREATH AND MANTRA
Chant from the navel. Heal yourself.
TIME
11 minutes
ENDING
inhale deeply, hold your breath and pull the neck forward with your hand, without bending the neck – fight it, resist it. Balance with the other hand. Make your whole body Strong and tough as steel. Powerfully distribute the energy in every organ, in every fiber of your being. Let every molecule get the energy. Exhale. Repeat 2 more times. Relax.
