POSTURE
Sit in easy pose, a cross-legged position. Keep the spine straight. A light Jalandhar Bandh (neck lock): with the neck long and the chin tucked in slightly.
MUDRA
Bring your hands in prayer mudra at the heart center. The palms flat together.
EYES
Closed, With a light concentration at the third eye point, the root of the nose, where the eyebrows meet.
BREATH & MANTRA
Be very sincere, devout and solid.
Chant the mantra with a full voice for 11 minutes, and then whisper it for 5 minutes, and for the last 1 minute chant silently.
TIME
17 minutes
ENDING
inhale deeply, hold, and give this breath to those who need it. Exhale and relax.
COMMENTS
Many times we may have differences between our concepts, but when the time comes, we must stay together. The insanity is around the corner and we have to act right and fearlessly, being alert.
